What is fore Australia?

At FORE Australia, we believe that no solution should remain sidelined simply because it goes unnoticed or misunderstood.

- Lucy Skelton (Founder and CEO)

What do we do?

1

The Solutions Library

FORE Australia is creating Australia's first free, online 1-pager Solutions Library to share well-researched and practical policy solutions to be readily utilised by public servants, advisors, politicians, and the general public. By doing this, we hope that, when a policy window opens, decision-makers have a library full of ideas to jump on. â€‹â€‹

Each paper includes a problem identification, context, solution identification, and advice section. Further, each brief has a secondary web page that includes a full list of references, where to go to learn more, a heart string story, and a list of organisations who endorse and/or publicly support the idea.

2

The Training Hub

Our Training Hub is designed to empower individuals and organisations with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively advocate for their policy solutions.

We provide tailored training sessions upon request that focus on how to navigate the complexities of the policy landscape, communicate your ideas persuasively, and engage with key stakeholders. Email us at info@foreaustralia.com for more info.

FORE Australia would like to acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Traditional Custodians of the land we live, learn and work on.

We value their cultures, identities, and continuing connection to country, waters, kin, and community. We pay our respects to Elders, both past and present, and are committed to supporting the next generation of young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leaders. This always was and always will be Aboriginal land.

As an organisation dedicated to amplifying solutions, we recognise that First Nations peoples have long identified many of the pathways for environmental protection and meeting community needs. Our role is to listen, support, and amplify these voices.
